June 14 , registration and Opening ceremony will be held at Karlstad university.
June 15-18, the Conference will take place at Karlstad University.

Application
Application and payment of the conference fee by credit card is to be made on the website www.wskarlstad2010.se
Please state your VAT-number (European Union members outside Sweden only) on your application form.
Conference fee
The conference fee excluding VAT is EUR 345. (Full conference fee including VAT is EUR 430.)
The fee covers all costs for lunches and refreshments, a taste of Swedish
smorgasbord at the Reception, Conference Pack, free bus transfers between the city and Karlstad university.
Gala dinner excluded.

VAT information
25% is charged for all participants except for Swedish government organizations. For these organizations no VAT is charged.
Payment should be made by credit card. If payment by credit card is no option, please read the following instructions about payment by bank transfer:

Cancellation
The application is binding. The fee will be 50% refunded in case of cancellation before May 1, 2010. After 1 May 2010 no fee will be refunded.
Language
The conference will be held in English.
Confirmation
Confirmations will be sent by E-mail after receiving your application. A receipt can be provided at site.
Registration
Registration will be open from 13-16:00 Monday June 14 at Karlstad university where the Opening Ceremony take place. Tuesday June 15 registration will take
part at Karlstad University, Main Entrance.
Dinner and Social events
June 14 - After opening ceremony all guests will be invited to a reception and have a taste of a Swedish smorgasbord at Karlstad university from appr.

Limited number of seats. Register on the website.

Bus Transfer (Coaches)
The local bus company, Karlstadsbuss, provides sponsored city buses between city centre and Karlstad University, City bus No 1. Timetable will be available on the website from January 2010. In June, Karlstad
also have boat buses.
Accomodation
When you register to the conference, you have the opportunity to choose accommodation among pre-booked hotels in several prize range on the web-registration
form. You are of course welcome to arrange your own accommodation. For cancellations and changes concerning your hotel accommodation,

Travelling to Karlstad
You can travel to Karlstad by air from Stockholm. You can easily access Karlstad on train and bus from Oslo, Göteborg and Stochholm. You can reach Karlstad
by air from Stockholm and Copenhagen. For you driving, Karlstad is located along E18 between Oslo and Stockholm. For information on travelling to Karlstad

Getting to Karlstad University
Karlstad University is located on a Campus a few kilometres east of the city centre. It is easy to reach Campus by city buses. A direct bus No 1 travels between
the Main square and Campus frequently. Bus No 2 also takes you to the university. For more information on city buses (in Swedish), follow the link below:
Busslinjer
You can easily reach the university by car. Follow the signs to Kronoparken/Universitetet from E18. There are many parking opportunities in direct access
to the University. Parking is subject to a charge.
