POSTER SESSIONS
The application for Poster Sessions is now closed. World Summit thanks everyone who has been interested and has now chosen 20 different presentations.
You will soon be able to see more information about the different poster presentations. All Poster Session presenters will be contacted and confirmed during week 19..

CONDITIONS POSTER SESSION
You must be registered as a World Summit delegate to apply for a poster session by filling in the form
Only research presentations will be accepted for the poster session
You must bring all posters etc. that you need for your presentation.
Each session must have a clear title and contact information
The size of the board for each presentation will be updated
A table in front of your “board” is available for hand outs
You will be able to set up your “mini-exhibition” on Monday June 14 afternoon 2-4 pm and Tuesday June 15 from 8.30 am.
There will be certain times announced each day when we expect the poster sessions to be manned
The number of poster sessions will be limited. First come – first served.
