You are welcome to apply here, please read the conditions in the right column before leaving your exhibition area application. The last date for application is April 15. Below is a link to a map which shows the areas available. Please not that your material not should be sent before May 25 2010, due to storage space. If you have any questions please contact Bertil Johansson at: Contact me You will be able to set up your exhibition Monday June 14 between 2-4 pm and Tuesday June 15 from 8.30 am You must bring all material that you need for your exhibition We offer an open limited space as stated below, so there will not be any walls There will be certain times announced each day when we expect the exhibition stands to be manned (if not manned all the time) The number of exhibition stands will be limited, first come is first served Each area has one table, two chairs, electricity and wireless Internet Available standard stands: - Stand size 6 x 3.5 m of EUR 800 (Colour light brown on the exhibition map) - Stand size 3 x 3.5 m of EUR 500 (Colour red on the exhibition map) - Small table stand 1.5 x 2 m of EUR 300 (Colour light blue on the exhibition map) The price is excluding VAT Other sizes and location of stands on request If you want the material in return after the event you have to present documents for the goods with paid return fee Information about payment will be sent out together with a confirmation We welcome sponsors for area S1, S2 and S3 (see exhibition area map in the left column) Adress for exhibition material is:(Please not that your material not should be sent before May 25, due to storage space.)
